We has had an eventful month around here!
Old Girl was getting ready to shower some baby (you know I don't keep up with the latest trends) when she saw this puppy!!!
He was just a little fellow who had no tags or microchip or peoples that we could immediately see, so we let him hang out with us!
He was, er, calmer than I was, so Mr. Jason and I cleared out of there during the baby shower (why DO they do that to that baby anyways?!), and Ridglea (as we were calling him) got to go to the party with all those peoples!
After that, we played for a long time, but, when this happened...
I said, "OK, when is this puppy going home?"
Old Girl esplained that he had lost his house, and we had to help him find it. So that is what we did.
Only not for two whole days. In which I shared chewies and food and beds and the yard and Old Girl's lap (but NOT the big bed...I growled at him about that).
Then his people called up Mr. Jason and said the puppy's name was Oreo, and he belonged to them. Mr. Jason quizzed them good and gave them a lecture about taking care of they's puppy since this was not the first time he had ecsaped.
We had some fun, but I am glad he is home. Especially since I think that is all the baby brother I want for awhile.

You have my admiration. And bark, bark, hooray for Mr. Jason for kindly putting Oreos neglectful family in the picture about their pets!

We bet you really had some fun with Oreo. His family better do a better job taking care of him or something bad could happen. We hope he will be OK.

We are so happy that Oreo found his home...but our Mama eould have given his hoomans a little lecture too!!
OH...and what is with this whole shower baby thing??? I guess as long as they didn't give you a shower, right???

Sharing is ok. I liked to share my gate with Prince. Or maybe it was his gate as he was there first and so he shared it with me. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have another pup to share with but not a real young annoying thing.
Old Girl and Mr Jason were good peeps for taking Oreo in and trying to find their owners and sorting them out.
