Mr. Chewy Review and Giveaway!

*Congrats to Ms. Amy for winning the giveaway!* I'll message you soon to get your address.
Happy weekend, everyone!

Hello again. It's me...Fred.

The folks at Mr. Chewy were nice enough to give us a $50 credit to try out their site and let you know what we think about it.

We think we love it!

We ordered a bunch of goodies...

...that arrived in a timely fashion.

Mr. Chewy then asked us twice for feedback--once about the site in general and once about the yummy treats! How personable!

Other things we liked:
-The site was easy to navigate. We had no trouble browsing, ordering, or finding other information.
-Even though we didn't need it, there was an option to chat--one of Old Girl's favorite things on websites.
-They have a nice bunch of yummies for puppies and kitties, including my favorite treats and my breakfast.
-Free shipping for orders that cost more than $49.

And, our very very favorite thing--they carry my foodstuffs!!!

Old Girl searched for it kind of skeptically, but there it was! Here is the deal. I am on a limited ingredient diet because of my aller-geez. My vet's office carries it, but it is usually not in. So I have to go to the PetSmart to get it! Here are the things we {and by "we" I mean Old Girl} don't like about having to go to the PetSmart:

-Traffic. It is in a congested place. Tension!
-Heaviness. Old Girl has to carry both it and me because I have been known to shame her in the PetSmart by pee-peeing in the floor.
-Prescription card. You have to have a note from your vet saying it's OK to purchase this. So making sure we have that and making sure it is up-to-date is always a hassle.

Guess what? Mr. Chewy fixes all of those things! For a comparable price!

They deliver the food right to my house, so no traffic and no heavy lifting. Best of all, no prescription required. Leaving me more time to snuggle with a less tense Old Girl perhaps. Unless New Girl is stealing my attention at the moment.

Now the exciting part.

With the exception of a few Greenies for me {since Old Girl let me run out...oops}, we used the $50 to purchase yummies for YOU!!!

Here's how you can win this deelicious collection of Greenies, Beggin Strips, Sweet Potato and Venison treats, Bil Jacs, and a BONE:

-Leave a comment on this post. Simple. (Make sure it either links to your profile, or you leave your email, so I can get in touch with you.)
-Like me on Facebook!
-Follow me on Twitter!
-And, because Old Girl says I have to be nice, you can follow New Girl on Twitter, too, for an entry.
{Just leave a comment saying you did each of those things.}

We'll let random.org select our winner next Friday. Happy entering!

To sum up, we highly recommend Mr. Chewy, and we'll be getting our foodstuffs {and treats, Old Girl?} from them in the future. Hooray!

Sneak Hello

Hi guys! It's me...New Girl.

Don't tell Fred I'm here. ;)

I'm here to let you know to stay tuned for an upcoming giveaway(!!), but I thought you all might also have some questions about me. Inquiring minds and all that, right?

So here's what I imagine you're asking:

What do you do while your mom is at work?
Hang out with Fred and see which one of us is better at distracting Dad from his school work.

Why do you call Fred's Old Girl and Mr. Jason "Mom" and "Dad?"
I don't know! That's what they keep telling me to call them, but it's confusing!

Why did you start a Twitter account?
I was born into a tweeting family. Mom, Dad, Fred, even my Uncle Rece. Talk about pressure! (Oh, yeah, I'm @cgjnorris.)

Why don't you have any fluff?
I DON'T KNOW!!! I do have some in the back, and it's coming in on top. Do you think I'll ever have as much as Fred? He says it's important for the cuteness factor.

What do you and Fred have in common?
We both dislike hats and baths, but we really like milk!

Will you ever let Fred play with your little doll?
NO! He will tear out her eyes! For real.

And, the question I get more than any other one...
What does Fred think about you?
I'm not sure! I reallyreallyreally hope he likes me. So far, he likes licking my toes and sniffing my ears and, er, my diapers (weird, right?). And I pet him once, and he was very soft. But sometimes he tells Mom, "Put that baby down, and play a good game of growl with me!"

Hope to see more of you guys around here! But, seriously, don't tell Fred I hijacked his blog.
